The frame has a manufacturing defect.
The frame arrives damaged during shipping.
You receive the wrong product (different from your order).
Conditions:
The product must be New ,unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories (case, cloth, etc.).
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Custom prescription lenses (unless defective upon arrival).
Products showing signs of use, scratches, or damage after delivery.
Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.
If eligible, you can choose:
A replacement frame of the same model.
An exchange for another design (subject to stock availability).
Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
