At Opsin, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy for eligible products.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The frame has a manufacturing defect.

  • The frame arrives damaged during shipping.

  • You receive the wrong product (different from your order).

  • Return Labels would bey customer responsibility. 

Conditions:

  • The product must be New ,unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories (case, cloth, etc.).

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Custom prescription lenses (unless defective upon arrival).

  • Products showing signs of use, scratches, or damage after delivery.

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing accessories.

🔁 Exchange Options

If eligible, you can choose:

  • A replacement frame of the same model.

  • An exchange for another design (subject to stock availability).

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
